Ms. Dean Verner Loehr has over 40 years of experience in fundraising, finance, banking, project management, convention management, and internet strategies. She has an extensive consulting background providing fundraising and development strategies including major gift proposals, capital campaigns and event execution for non- profits.

Cathrine J. McMahan is an educator and historian with a passion for fostering learning and socio-cultural understanding of the past. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Development & Family Studies from Texas Tech University and a Master's degree in history with an emphasis in war and violence studies from Sam Houston State University.

After spending fifteen years teaching social studies and language arts in public schools at Seagraves ISD, Brownfield ISD, and Levelland ISD, Cathrine now serves as a full-time faculty member in the history department at South Plains College teaching courses on both U.S. and Texas history.

Cathrine's commitment to excellence in teaching has been recognized through accolades such as the 2020 Secondary Teacher of the Year award from Region 17 Educational Service Center and the Mary Jon & J.P. Bryan Leadership in Education Award from the Texas State Historical Association in 2022. Her scholarly contributions include a biographical feature on Lubbock matriarch, Margaret Weed Talkington (1915-2010) in the Texas State Historical Association's Handbook of Texas Women and keynote presentations like "Deconstructing the Alamo" in 2022, showcasing her dedication to historical scholarship.

Beyond her teaching responsibilities, Cathrine actively contributes to her community as an educational advisor for the Wallace Theater in Levelland and plays a significant role in the development of the annual Pop-Up Museum in Hockley County. She serves as a board member for the local non-profit dog rescue organization, From Texas With Love, and is involved in the Catechetical Committee at Saint Michael’s Catholic Church in Levelland. Cathrine also serves as the advisor for Catholic Student Ministry at South Plains College. In her leisure time, she enjoys reading and spending time in the mountains with her husband, Justin, and their three teens, Anson, Ryeton, and Georgia.

Ohion by birth, Texan by choice. Beth has been a Human Resource professional for 35 years and love helping people achieve personal growth. She has family scattered everywhere but considers Levelland her true home. Beth has been a widow for 20 years but says God has blessed her with amazing friends and provided the opportunity to adopt her daughter Xandria in 2021. Beth is currently living in the metroplex having more fun than a human should be allowed to have working for the city of Alvarado but knows Levelland is home and will be back here in December 2025. She is passionate about the Wallace Theater and proudly support them financially and also provides HR support.
