Our Story

Great Food. Great Company. A New Chapter at The Wallace.

Since 1928, The Wallace Theater has held a special place in the heart of downtown Levelland. From its beginnings as a beloved movie theater to its transformation into a vibrant center for arts, entertainment, and community celebration, the Wallace Theater has always been about bringing people together.

The Café Wallace is the next chapter in that story.

Created with the same spirit of hospitality and community that defines the Wallace, our café offers more than just a place to enjoy lunch. It's a place to slow down, share a conversation, reconnect with friends, and experience a little piece of Levelland's history.

With fresh salads, comforting soups, classic sandwiches, and a welcoming atmosphere, we believe even something such as a lunch can become a memorable experience.

Our mission is simple: To bring people together through good food, genuine hospitality, and meaningful connections while contributing to the continued growth and vibrancy of downtown Levelland.

Whether you're joining us for a quick lunch, catching up with an old friend, or discovering the Wallace for the first time, we look forward to welcoming you.

Come for lunch. Stay for the experience.

Proudly operated as part of The Wallace Theater, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

"Creating Experiences that Entertain, Inspire and Empower!".

All Cafe proceeds support the Wallace Theater as a non-profit organization, continuing to provide access to the arts and entertainment for Levelland and West Texas and supporting continued economic development for our community.
