Festival Booth Guidelines
EVENT DATE: Saturday, October 5, 2024 4:00 PM- 9:00 PM
EVENT SET-UP: Saturday, October 5, 2024 1:00 PM- 3:00 PM
NO LATE SET-UPS PERMITTED
Festival Booth Fee: $50 for one 10x10 space.
Deadline: Friday, September 13, 2024
FESTIVAL COMMITTEE MUST REVIEW AND APPROVE BEFORE ACCEPTANCE.
Booth spaces will be assigned by the Festival Committee. All money is due with completed application and signed guidelines.
There are NO REFUNDS. Due to the fact that the festival must pay expenses and administrative costs in advance, we cannot give refunds due to rain or any other reason.
Set-Up:
-Roadblocks will be set up at noon Saturday. You are allowed to drive around ONLY during
set-up times.
-All vehicles must be removed from the festival area no later than 3:00 PM.
-Selling starts at 4:00 PM and ends at 9:00 PM. No exceptions.
-You will be responsible for providing all equipment necessary to equip your booth (table, chairs,
coverings, etc)
-Booths must stay set-up the full-time. In case of inclement weather, you will be responsible for any
tarp or covering needed for your space and product.
-All booths will be on paved streets. You will know your booth location assignment one week before
the event.
-If bringing a tent or covering, please note it MUST NOT be one that requires piercing stakes or
anchors.
-You are responsible for set-up and clean-up of your booth space.
NO ALCOHOL can be sold or served by anyone.
Electricity WILL NOT be provided. Please refer to application and if bringing a generator.
FOOD BOOTHS AND TRUCKS
All food booths and trucks require a city permit. Permit deadline is Friday, September 13, 2024.
-Food booths and trucks are responsible for approval from the Health Department and required to
participate in this event.
-All food booths and trucks are subject to inspection and must comply with all local codes,
requirements and permits. You are responsible for scheduling Health Department inspection prior
to event.
-Food permits can be obtained at Levelland City Hall. They are free for non-profit organizations or a
$75.00 charge for most others. This fee is separate from your vendor registration.

No wastewater or grease can be drained on the street. You are responsible for catching and disposing
of it properly.
Raffles are permitted for NON-PROFITS ONLY.
No food or drink can be given away for free.
If using a generator, it must be silent and below 60 decibels. If your generator is deemed too loud the Festival Committee will ask that it be shut down. No refunds will be given.
Vendor acceptance is at the sole discretion of the Festival Committee. Festival Committee will ensure any booths that are hosting an activity will not be doubled. Vendors may be asked to present a different activity for their booth if a previous application has been submitted and approved for the same activity.
