“Theatre Camp was an amazing experience this summer! It was great to see these kids come together from all across the South Plains area and work together. I was so impressed by the hard work and dedication of each camper!”

- Randal Ramirez, Camp Director

“The Wallace Theatre Camp was a wonderful success. Kids from all over West Texas came together and formed friendships and experiences that will stick with them long after the Summer ends. These campers had the opportunity to work alongside of professional theatre artists everyday, learning new skills (social and practical) that will benefit them now and into the future.”

- Cory Lawson, Camp Director

  • Students were immersed in the production process, from auditions (everyone gets a role!) to performing a full play with costumes and lights, on stage. Building skills like volume, diction, characterization, confidence, and dramatic expression. They amazed us with what they learned in just two weeks!  From a shy child to a born performer, theatre is for everyone!

  • Imaginative play takes center stage as students explored creative drama activities based on movement, song, and games.
